I spoke to many businesses about cleaning our carpets and Mr. Hadjinlian was the only one who spoke of the importance of removing dust prior to cleaning.  This results in a cleaner rug and preserves the condition of the rug. When we dropped off our rugs he took the time to tell us about our rugs; where they were made, and how they were woven and the time it took to make the rug.  He educated us on rug care including vacuuming, spot cleaning, rotating etc. to prolong the life and look of the rugs. We cannot believe the difference after cleaning.
